Hayley is an energetic 16-year-old girl with chartreuse eyes, a pale complexion, and wavy lime green hair neatly braided. She is of average height, a bit pudgy, and likes to flash some skin. She is terrible at keeping secrets and wants to be a lawyer. Her interests include dogs, television comedies, and jewelry-making. She has the Draconic Immunity superpower. She almost never uses one-word sentences when agitated. Few know that she is the sibling of a mysterious scientist. Since she shares the same last name as Brandi Spectra and Brot Spectra, the passerby tend to assume she is related to them, spiking her usually unstable emotions. She eventually got sick of it and requested Malachi Rasputin's help to get her last name changed. Malachi agreed to help Hayley, but what she doesn't realize is that he eventually fell in love with her.
