Celebrate is an attack found in the BrantSteele Hunger Games Simulator that originated from Pokemon.

A bizarre technique only taught to a limited number of characters. The user of the move finds construction materials nearby to construct a small box that it can then fit in before leaping out as a surprise. It is believed that this move was initially taught to a limited selection of characters as a way of surprising trainers on their birthday, which is apparently the only time one can get access to this move. Thanks to BrantSteele technology, anyone can now use Celebrate.
